Vacation Leaves - email the request "Leave Request (Date)", address to your direct manager, and CC all other managers. The email should include leave dates and names of clients.1-2 days leave - 5 BD days in advance notification
3+ days leave - 10 BD days in advance notification

Emergency/Sick/Outages - inform your direct manager 2 hours before your shift for each day of absence. Include:
- Reason for leave
- Clients that need to be informed


Acknowledge a task within 1 hour after it is assigned, send your check back before your AM leaves so that in case of disputes your AM can help you out.


Asking for reassignment due to you not liking the task, not liking the client, or prioritizing other clients can and will be tagged as job abandonment and you will be dinged for reassignment.


Before logging out:Check your emails too for further BC notifications from your clients.Time Spent mentioned in your Basecamp update should be the same as the time logged in Clockify.Please make sure that you are the last one to reply to all of your tasks trails and make sure to let your client know about the status of the task.


Moving forward, let your AM know if you need to move a due date that is SET BY THE CLIENT. Only managers are allowed to move a due date.For ad-hoc tasks, the VA must comment daily on BC to update what is going on in the task.Communicate with the client and make sure to keep BC documented every time you do something for the client.The length of the check back should be between 15-30 minutes unless it is a specialized skill task.
